4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle specifications, requirements, and preferences. Any misinformation provided may result in unsatisfactory service outcomes, and the Company shall not be held liable.

5. Payment: Payment for services rendered shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms between the customer and Classic Noida Pvt. Ltd. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the designs, modifications, and customizations created by Classic Noida Pvt. Ltd. shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Warranty: Classic Noida Pvt. Ltd. provides a limited warranty on the services performed, as specified in the warranty agreement provided to the customer. Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle by third parties without the consent of the Company may void the warranty.

8. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

9. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Noida Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the services provided.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
